CashXChain went live on 1 October 2026 after an oversubscribed pre-seed round, and its U.S. company, CashXChain Inc., is registered with FinCEN as a money services business, making it a U.S. financial institution under the Bank Secrecy Act.

He found the problem while working in purchasing and product at the drone company thermal DRONES, where he ran into the delays and costs of paying suppliers abroad. CashXChain went live on 1 October 2026 after an oversubscribed pre-seed round, employs a team of more than ten, and CashXChain Inc. is registered with FinCEN as a money services business, making it a U.S. financial institution under the Bank Secrecy Act. Valentin designed its API-first backend in Rust on AWS. He researches the black hole information paradox and won first place at the AWS × Rebura “Build with Agents” hackathon with AGORA, an AI government of debating agents.
