Valentin Israel is the founder and CEO of CashXChain, a payments infrastructure company based in Rosenheim, Germany, with a Delaware holding, CashXChain Inc. Its platform lets businesses send, receive and convert money worldwide within seconds, settled over stablecoins, with business accounts and payments across the EEA, the UK, the US and Canada. He found the problem while working in purchasing and product at the drone company thermal DRONES, where he ran into the delays and costs of paying suppliers abroad. CashXChain went live on 1 October 2026 after an oversubscribed pre-seed round, employs a team of more than ten, and CashXChain Inc. is registered with FinCEN as a money services business, making it a U.S. financial institution under the Bank Secrecy Act. Valentin designed its API-first backend in Rust on AWS. He researches the black hole information paradox and won first place at the AWS × Rebura “Build with Agents” hackathon with AGORA, an AI government of debating agents.

Why I do this has little to do with money. That would be a bad reason for twelve-hour days, weekends included.
- work on the advancement of humanity, its wellbeing and its long-term survival. That is the goal. It is what I measure everything I do against.
- build a global financial institution. Not a better transfer product: one platform for everything money does. Send, receive, hold, exchange, finance, insure. Revolut and Mastercard are the order of magnitude, not the goal.
- build more than one company. CashXChain is a step, not the destination. Economic agency is the precondition for almost everything else.
